Cook's Kitchen With Granite
The kitchen in our rental home is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and cook on the grill.
You'll find the cabinets well-stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, nice knives, and all the necessary appliances. We also provide basic pantry supplies, such as dish soap, sponges, trash bags, and more.
Dining With A View
The dining room adjoins the kitchen and seats four at the table.
The room has two sets of screened Andersen doors that open to a spacious wrap-around deck.
When the doors are open, the ocean breeze in this room is amazing!
Immaculate Bathroom
The ultra-clean, updated bathroom features a granite-topped vanity, full bathtub, comfort-height commode, rain head shower, and built-in storage.
Bath towels are included. A baby bathtub and potty seat are available upon request.
Living Room
The living room is a comfortable space for relaxing, reading, and watching TV. The furnishings include a microfiber sofa, a love seat with over-sized ottoman, and a new 55-inch Sony Bravia smart TV.
You'll also find a selection of books and board games for your enjoyment.
Master Bedroom
Our rental has two bedrooms and sleeps up to four people — ideal for couples, solo adults, and small families. The bedrooms are located across from each other off the central hallway.
The master bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, antique oak furnishings, and a 48-inch LED TV with Verizon FiOS, a streaming Sony DVD player, and a Firestick.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has two twin beds and antique furnishings.
Both bedrooms have blackout blinds for a restful night's sleep. All the beds are made with designer sheets and bedding.
Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep both bedrooms cool and comfortable.
Private Outdoor Oasis
A favorite feature of our Belmar rental home is the large, private deck outside the dining area. The deck has plenty of space for relaxing and dining outside while enjoying views of the treetops and butterfly gardens in bloom.
In addition to an umbrella table that seats four, you'll find additional shaded seating, the perfect spot to chill with a book or a beverage.

Renter Access
And Interaction
You will be renting the entire second floor of our two-family home in Belmar, New Jersey. The rental is a separate unit with its own entrance at the rear of the property (via staircase pictured). The rental overlooks the back yard with garden views.
The first floor is the owner's unit. The owner is easy to reach if you need assistance but respectful of your privacy.
