During peak summer season, we rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not rent for weekends or for the full summer.
Extended Stays
We welcome two-week or longer rentals in the summer for those seeking a more immersive Jersey Shore vacation experience.
Ideal For Couples, Solo Adults
Our rental has two bedrooms and sleeps one to four people — great for couples, adults traveling solo, and small families.

Because this is a private vacation rental, your stay is exempt from state rental taxes, realtor commissions, and booking-site service fees.

Outside of peak summer season, we offer a three-night minimum rental, perfect for a quiet getaway in spring or fall.
Belmar Winter Rental
Experience the relaxed off‑season charm of Belmar beach in our fully furnished two-bedroom cottage. Winter rentals are a great option for traveling professionals and guests seeking quality short‑term housing at the Jersey Shore.
Our winter rental is available from October 1 through April 30.

Hello, and thank you for stopping by to learn more about my beach house rental in Belmar. I've been going to the Jersey Shore since I was 3 years old and always wanted a shore house growing up.
That dream came true when I bought a vacation home in Belmar. Now I get to share my love of hosting, gardening and decorating to create a rental experience with the personal touch ― where you feel that "Aaahhhhh" moment of vacation bliss when you first step inside.
