About Our Belmar Winter Rental
This Belmar winter rental is located on the second floor of a private two-family home in a quiet neighborhood. The first floor is the owner's unit. The rental home has a separate, private entrance at the rear of the property.
Conveniently, the home is within walking distance of Belmar beach (just four blocks away) and downtown Belmar restaurants and shops (only two blocks to Main Street).
If you commute for work or travel for business, you'll appreciate the easy access to major highways. These include Route 18, the Garden State Parkway, I-195, and the New Jersey Turnpike. Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is also nearby. The Belmar train station offers daily New Jersey Transit train service to New York City via the Jersey Coast line.
Winter Rental Terms
The rent for this property is $2,000 per month, which includes:
Verizon FiOS service for two TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi
Lawn maintenance
Snow removal
Monthly professional cleaning with the owner's cleaning service (required)
The renter is responsible for gas, electric, and 50% of the water bill. Although the home is fully furnished, the renter must provide their own bed linens, pillows, sheets, and towels. Biweekly or weekly cleanings can be arranged for an additional cost.
At lease signing, the first and last month's rent, along with one month's security deposit, are required. The total due is $6,000.00.

Once the summer crowds wind down after Labor Day, "local summer" begins in Belmar and other towns along the Jersey Shore. Belmar beach is free to access after Labor Day, and the ocean remains warm and refreshing throughout most of September. In fact, we've enjoyed beach days in early October when Mother Nature blesses us with summer-like weather.
The Belmar boardwalk is a fantastic place to walk or run throughout most of the fall and even into winter if you bundle up.
Belmar's restaurants and downtown shops stay open year-round, ensuring there is always something to do on weekends and during the week. Additionally, Belmar's public tennis and pickleball courts are available as weather permits. You can also catch stunning fall sunsets at the Belmar Marina, overlooking the picturesque Shark River and the nearby fleet of commercial fishing boats.
Nearby, you will find shopping malls and outlets, plenty of grocery store options, and various area attractions such as the Asbury Park boardwalk.
Community events such as the Belmar Feast of San Gennaro, the Belmar Pro Surfing Competition, and local flea markets take place in the fall as the days turn crisp and the leaves begin to change.
