About Our Belmar Rental
The Belmar winter rental is the entire second floor of a private two-family home in a quiet neighborhood. The first floor is the owner's unit. The rental unit has a separate, private entrance at the rear of the property (pictured above).
The home is within walking distance of Belmar beach (four blocks) and downtown Belmar restaurants and shops (two blocks to Main Street).
If you commute to a work site or travel for business, you'll appreciate the easy access to major highways, including Route 18, Garden State Parkway, I-195, and the New Jersey Turnpike, as well as Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). The Belmar train station has daily New Jersey Transit train service to New York City via the Jersey Coast line.
Winter Rental Terms
The rent is $2,100/month, which includes the following amenities:
Water
Verizon high-speed wireless internet
Verizon FiOS TV service for 2 TVs
Lawn maintenance
Snow removal
Monthly professional cleaning with the owner's cleaning service (required)
Renter pays for gas and electric. Biweekly or weekly cleanings can be arranged for an additional cost. Although the home is fully furnished, renter is responsible for providing their own bed linens, pillows, and towels.
First and last month's rent, and one month's security deposit are required at lease signing. The total due is $6,300.00.

For winter rentals or short-term corporate housing, the maximum occupancy is one person. The owner is looking for a quiet, responsible individual with a minimum credit score of 680, verifiable employment and income, and references. No pets, no parties, no smoking.
Enjoy Belmar In The Off Season
Once the summer crowds wind down after Labor Day, "local summer" begins in Belmar and in other towns along the Jersey Shore.
Belmar beach is free to access after Labor Day, and the ocean is still warm and refreshing throughout most of September. We've even enjoyed beach days in early October when Mother Nature brings us summerlike weather.
The Belmar boardwalk is a great place to walk or run throughout most of the fall and even into the winter if you bundle up.
Belmar restaurants and downtown shops are open year-round, so there is always something to do on the weekends and during the week. Belmar's public tennis and pickleball courts are open as weather permits, and you will catch some amazing fall sunsets at the Belmar Marina, overlooking the picturesque Shark River and the nearby fleet of commercial fishing boats.
There are shopping malls and outlets nearby, plenty of grocery store options, and area attractions such as the Asbury Park boardwalk. Community events such as the Belmar Feast of San Gennaro, the Belmar Pro Surfing Competition, and local flea markets take place in the fall as they days turn crisp and the leaves start to turn.
